Who we are

This site is operated by M.Y Chimney Sweeps & Repairs, 617 NW 17th Ave, Portland, OR 97209. Reach us on (503) 309-5491.

What we collect and why

When you submit the quote form we collect your name, phone number, the service you select and — if you choose to give them — your email address and any notes about the job. We also record which page you submitted from and, if you arrived from a Google ad, the click identifier Google attaches to that visit.

We use it for one thing: to get back to you about your chimney, book the visit and prepare a quote. The Google click identifier is used to measure which ads produce real enquiries.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your details are handled by the providers that run this site and our customer records, and by Google for advertising measurement — each acting on our instructions only.

Calls and text messages

By submitting the form you agree we may contact you by phone, text or email about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Ask us to stop at any time — reply STOP to a text, or just call — and we will.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (503) 309-5491 and we will action it. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses Google Ads measurement tags to understand which ads lead to enquiries and to show the right phone number for the campaign that brought you here. You can block these in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to serve you and meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete them. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.
